Baby Angel

Kids in a Circle

Introduction

There are two arms to our organisation. The Forever Angels Baby Home is located in Tanzania and managed by an NGO, under the direction of its UK partner organisation "Forever Angels UK". Forever Angels UK is responsible for agreeing the objectives and direction of the Baby Home, managing the allocation of resources, and promoting the awareness of the orphan problem in Tanzania.

In Tanzania, Forever Angels is a non-profit making company (number 52450) and an NGO (Non-Governmental Organisation) Number 1506.

In England, Forever Angels UK is a non-profit making company (number 5449185) and a UK Registered Charity (Number 1111873).

The Trustees of the UK and Tanzanian arms are in close contact and frequently meet to decide how best to spend any donations Forever Angels receive, and also how to improve and evaluate the Baby Home to provide the best possible service to the community.

Scott Maslen - Patron

Scott Maslen - Patron

We are very proud to say that Scott Maslen is the patron of Forever Angels.
Scott Maslen is best known for his role as Phil Hunter in ITV1's long running police drama series The Bill. He currently plays Jack Branning on the award winning BBC soap, EastEnders.
Scott and his new wife Estelle Harris recently got married and their special day was exclusively covered by Hello magazine and attended by many stars from Eastenders.
Scott and Estelle have been Sponsoring a baby at Forever Angels for a long time and we are so thrilled that Scott has agreed to support Forever Angels and hope that his Patronage will lead to more awareness being raised about Forever Angels so we can gain more support and can continue to help more desperately needy children in Tanzania.

In Loving Memory - Dave Lithgow

Dave Lithgow, one of our most dedicated and inspirational Trustees, sadly died on December 15th 2008 whilst in Tanzania. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, many friends and by everyone at Forever Angels. Dave had many ideas for Forever Angels and it is tragic that he will not see these come to fruition - but we will all try to ensure that his dreams and ideas for the future of Forever Angels are achieved. Rest in Peace Dave - we love and miss you.
